For security, and to varify that the customer has entered the correct account number, the Database Routing application will ask for a date of birth.
When prompted, enter your date of birth in a 6 digit format (E.G. 11th May 1987 would be '110587') on the mobile phone, followed by the '#' key to proceed to the next step.
