The Agent Scenario

You are playing the part of the agent. You have just completed a deal with the customer on the call. The agent can transfer the customer to pre-recorded portion of the terms and conditions, staying connected on the call to the customer, but leaving her free to complete other tasks whilst the message is played to the customer.

  • Click the button on the Phone Manager Desktop client to send the customer to the Announcement IVR.
  • Or simply click the 'next' button to proceed.
